About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Secretary to support our Director in managing daily administrative needs, coordinating agendas, and ensuring smooth execution of business activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do
- Manage and prepare all administrative tasks related to the Director’s agenda.
- Organize and maintain the Director’s Calendar of Events, including activities, meetings, and commitments.
- Schedule and coordinate regular meetings and business travel for the Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas and all necessary materials required by the Director.
- Manage company documents and correspondence in line with internal procedures, ensuring all files are up-to-date and well organized.
What we are looking for
- Minimum Diploma degree in Secretary, Communication, Management, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administration Officer.
- Strong skills in filing and administration management.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
