What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise daily finance operations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Monitor cash flow, payments, and financial activities to support business operations
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve business results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve department objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
