What You’ll Be Doing
- Explore and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for customers
- Join structured training, mentoring, and coaching sessions to sharpen your sales skills
- Support the execution of sales strategies and campaigns
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Maximum age of 25 years old
- Strong passion and interest in building a career in sales
- Confident, communicative, and comfortable interacting with people
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia
