About the Role
The IT System Analyst will act as the technical system owner and solution designer across our enterprise applications. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, analyzing application logic and integrations, and working closely with vendors to deliver reliable and high-quality technical solutions that support business operations.
What will you do
- Analyze application logic, system behavior, and integration flows across business systems
- Provide Level 2 support, including incident analysis and root cause identification
- Design technical solutions and integration concepts for system enhancements
- Handle critical system issues and implement approved fixes or workarounds
- Work closely with vendors and outsourced partners to review and validate technical solutions
- Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure all system changes comply with IT standards and security policies
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization
What we are looking for
- 4–6 years of experience in software development, system analysis, or application engineering
- Strong background in Full Stack, Backend Development, or System Analysis
- Solid understanding of system integration and application architecture
- Experience working with vendors or third-party development teams
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
