About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Key Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at PT ABC President Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in Jakarta and will involve managing key accounts in the modern on-premise segment.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern on-premise segment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and ensure excellent customer service
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the broader sales and marketing teams
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute tailored promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor the implementation in the key account on trading terms, program promotions, new product listings, etc
- Monitor stocks on distributor and manage Sales Return
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree any field with experience minimum 2 years as key account in Modern Trade Market
- Minimum 1 year experience in Consumer Goods Company
- Have knowledge about Modern Market Industry
- Strong analytical, negotiation skills and account management skill
- Highly self motivated, a hard worker and achievement oriented
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Thorough understanding of the modern on-premise market and industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team
