About the Role
As a Line Leader in Noodle Processing, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring smooth production operations across the Mixing, Rolling, and Frying areas while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
What Will You Do
- Supervise preparation and production activities in the Mixing, Rolling, and Frying noodle areas
- Manage material transactions for Mixing & Frying processes, including reservations, inventory, and returns
- Monitor compliance with Maintenance, Food Safety, HSE, Halal, and Allergen standards in the processing section
- Ensure production activities run according to established procedures and schedules
- Prepare and maintain production reports related to noodle processing activities (Mixing, Rolling, and Frying)
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, resilience, and transparency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good understanding of production machine maintenance programs and food safety regulations
