About the Role
The Sales Asset Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, availability, and proper management of company assets that support sales operations. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable asset data, overseeing administrative processes related to asset movement and maintenance, and ensuring timely reporting to support operational efficiency. By coordinating closely with internal teams, this position helps optimize asset utilization and supports smooth day-to-day operations.
What will you do
- Maintain the accuracy of asset data through periodic consolidation and reconciliation/census.
- Manage sales asset administrative processes properly and consistently (including recording installation, retrieval, and repair of chillers, PR creation, parts receiving, vehicle handover, vehicle OR claims, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain spare parts stock to ensure accuracy and availability, considering replenishment lead time and demand.
- Prepare and submit reports such as Spare Parts Stock and Usage Reports, Chiller Productivity Reports, and Technician Productivity Reports in a timely manner.
- Update SOPs for sales asset activities in line with operational needs.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Administration.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Familiarity with service business processes and cooling systems is an advantage
