About the Role

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager plays a strategic role in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness. This position is responsible for aligning demand, supply, and production planning while optimizing inventory and distribution processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and logistics, this role drives integrated planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

What will you do

  • Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure product availability aligned with business targets.
  • Drive the S&OP / IBP process to align demand, supply, and financial plans across functions.
  • Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to balance service level and working capital.
  • Develop and manage production planning in line with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing to ensure smooth execution and minimize disruptions.
  • Oversee warehousing operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and optimal space utilization.
  • Manage transportation and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end order fulfillment to achieve high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and drive key supply chain KPIs (service level, inventory turns, logistics cost, OTIF).
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and cost performance.
  • Lead system and process optimization, including the use of digital tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision making.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong expertise in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Solid understanding of production planning and coordination with manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP).
