What Will You Do
- Assist with day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, and basic networking issues)
- Support ongoing IT projects and infrastructure-related activities
- Help with IT documentation and administrative tasks
- Provide technical assistance to internal users when issues arise
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Interested in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
