About the Role
As a Route to Market Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the company’s distribution and sales execution across assigned territories. You will be responsible for expanding market coverage, improving sales force productivity, and ensuring that route-to-market strategies are implemented effectively to drive sustainable growth.
What will you do
- Develop assigned area through coverage expansion, sales force productivity and initiatives
- Together with RTM Manager, develop future planning of assigned territory
- Together with RTM Manager, develop planning of distributor business review and monitoring
- Distributor management task such as assessment,grading, termination
- Together with HR, building capability of field resources
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG companies
- Familiar with coverage availability and maximization
- Deep GT, MT, On Promise channel understanding
- Strong in data
- Having growth mindset & resilience's
