Group in collaboration with NBO Indonesia. This recognition was received following a comprehensive assessment and judging process that reviewed the company’s leadership development approach, including strategy, governance, systems, and implementation effectiveness.

This three-pillar model comprising the Graduate Development Program (GDP), First Time Manager Program, and Head Preparation Program, was recognized for its effectiveness in supporting leadership development across critical career transitions, with leadership capabilities closely aligned to business needs and organizational values. Within this framework, particular attention was given to the GDP for its role in preparing young internal talents with the mindset and capabilities required to navigate increasingly dynamic and complex business challenges.

The Leadership Development Tripod ensures leadership continuity, smoother role transitions, and sustained capability building, from shaping young talents at the early stage, supporting internal talents through their first and often most challenging transition into managerial roles, to preparing leaders for broader responsibilities at the senior management level. These initiatives are coordinated through PCC and implemented in close partnership with business leaders across the organization ensuring relevance and long-term sustainability.
