About the Role
Account Payable Supervisor who will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing within our Finance & Accounting function. This role supports our dynamic FMCG business by maintaining strong financial controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
What will you do
- Verify, analyze, and post A&P Claims and Distributor Returns with high accuracy
- Review the Nominative Promotion List to ensure completeness and compliance
- Perform VAT IN and Withholding Tax (WHT) reconciliations in coordination with the Tax Team
- Review and monitor AP Aging Reports to support timely payments and efficient cash flow
- Maintain good coordination with Sales, Marketing, Tax, and external partners to support operational needs
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SAP (must-have)
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations relevant to AP processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
