About the role

Responsible for researching, designing, and developing new products or improving existing ones. This role is crucial in industries like FMCG, food & beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and customer goods, where innovation and product differentiation drive competitiveness.

What will you do

  • Doing lab trial formulations for new product development
  • Develop and validate formulations and production process development by researching and evaluating raw materials, assembles, processes, equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties for trials, scaling up, and commercial production.
  • Design and conduct shelf-life studies, and provide technical justifications for shelf-life analyse data and maintain good documentation of all phases and regulations related to research and development.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in food science and technology, chemical or related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage as research and development team.
  • Strong in principles and applications in food and beverage processing.
  • Strong in sensory skill.
  • Strong in analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
