About the role
As a Logistic Operational Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring cost efficiency, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and develop the operational team while driving continuous improvement to support the company’s business goals.
What will you do
- Maintain and control distribution cost, operational cost, and service level distribution.
- Resolve delivery issues and ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Conduct strong analysis for loading activities, cubication calculation, and loading configuration.
- Drive initiative improvements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze logistics-related data such as sales trends, forecasting, demand, historical performance, and inventory stock.
- Build synergy with related departments, engage partners, and contribute to company achievements.
- Organize, lead, develop, and report on the operational team’s performance.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or Logistics industry.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
